Use Accounts and Plans to manage supported trading features. Account connections and sensitive operations require sign-in and appropriate permissions. Open haolo.ai, choose an available sign-in method and complete verification. Once signed in, you can create tasks, open charts and view accounts and plans. The top-right navigation offers app downloads and a link back to the website. Download availability depends on your device and the current release channel.

Web app, website and native apps

haolo.ai hosts the interactive web app. haolo.com provides official product information, help and app downloads. The web app supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese, with light and dark themes. Features and release schedules may vary across platforms.

Privacy and responsible use

Public introduction pages do not display user conversations, account information or trading records. Personal workspaces require authentication. AI responses and technical indicators support research and do not promise investment returns. Verify information and assess risk before trading. Do I need to install an app?

No desktop installation is required to use the web app. Open haolo.ai in your browser. If you prefer a native app, use the top-right download menu to choose an available version.

What can I view without signing in?

You can read public product information and follow help and policy links. Personal conversations, accounts and trading plans require sign-in and are not published as searchable web pages.

Is every desktop feature available on the web?
